Terms & Conditions

TERMS OF USE: The Company reserves the right to refuse or decline work at its own discretion. Where the Company agrees to carry out works for the Customer those works shall be undertaken by the designated operative of the Company at its absolute discretion

QUOTATIONS: of goods and labour provided by the company are valid for 3 months. Prices and timescales are not binding on the company although we will make every effort to achieve what we promise.

(i) if after submission of the quotation the Customer instructs the Company (whether orally or in writing) to carry out additional works not referred to in the quotation.

(ii) if after submission of the quotation there is an increase in the price of materials.

(iii) if after submission of the quotation it is discovered that further works need to be carried out which were not anticipated when the quotation was prepared.

(iv) if after submission of the quotation it is discovered that there was a manifest error when the quotation was prepared.

RIGHT to SUB-CONTRACT: The company shall be entitled to sub-contract all or any part of the work.

PAYMENTS: We ask for a complete payment to cover the suite items and any tiles 2 weeks prior to the start date (3 weeks if paying by cheque).A further payment of 50% is due within 3 days of commencing installation; with the balance paid after completing satisfactory installation and within 7 days of final invoice. Invoices outstanding over 30 days are deemed overdue and we reserve the right to charge daily interest at 5% over Bank of England base rate on the outstanding balance.

CANCELLATION: In general orders are not cancellable by the customer but may be possible in writing or Email provided that any costs, expenses or sub-contractor charges already incurred are reimbursed to the company. We retain the right to utilise deposits paid to cover these costs. Any balance in excess will be returned to the customer.

Invoices are due for payment immediately upon delivery to the Customer. Any part of that invoice which remains unpaid shall carry interest at the rate of 4% over the base rate until payment in full is received by the Company.

If the Customer cancels their instructions prior to any work being carried out or materials supplied, then the Customer shall be liable for any related expenditure together with the profit that would have been made by the Company had the work been carried out and/or materials supplied in accordance with such instructions.

ADDITON TO INTALLATIONS: Where we have agreed a price to undertake installation works this is agreed on the basis of the information which is known to “Warwick Bathrooms”. Occasionally during the course of installation works matters do sometimes arise which are unforeseen or which we could not have been expected to foresee. You the Customer agree that in these circumstances there may be additional works that are required to be done for which an additional fee will be payable by you based on a fair and reasonable amount for the work involved and the materials necessary.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY: You may cancel your order with no charge by informing us within 14 days of the order being placed. We “Warwick Bathrooms” reserve the right to retain any deposits made if the cancellation terms are breached. Goods supplied as a special or bespoke order cannot be cancelled and will not be refundable, Hence the nature of bespoke / custom made. Some items may be subject to a minimum handling/restocking charge of 25% of the total net value price of the product dependent on manufacturer.

WARRANTY: The company will provide a 12 month guarantee to cover workmanship and installation defects. This is in addition to manufacturer’s warranty on the goods. In the event of accidental damage or faulty goods reported during installation the company will either repair or replacement.

PRODUCT LIABILITY: We cannot except any liability for products not originally installed by the company which may require alteration, modification or re-installing at the customer’s request. Any products which are used by you the Customer before completion and are damaged, will be repaired or replaced at an additional cost and are not covered by the Warranty.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS: The customer shall cooperate with the company by arranging access at dates/times agreed and by supplying such information reasonably requested. The customer will also obtain any necessary permissions, licences and consents.

WARWICK BATHROOMS OBLIGATIONS: The company will manage and perform the installation with reasonable skill and care. We accept responsibility for the standard and condition of tools and equipment.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the law of England.

DATA PROTECTION: We respect your privacy and comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not disclose or pass personal details of customers to any third party.
